The mission of RSUH as a leading Russian academic and educational center in the field of liberal arts, social and information sciences is to carry out fundamental and applied research on the international level in the field of humanities.

History of RSUH

RSUH was established on March 27, 1991, on the basis of Moscow State Institute for History and Archives. Throughout the Soviet history, this small university preserved the traditions of fundamental humanitarian knowledge reflected in unique applied disciplines, many of which had disappeared from the academic and educational practice of other major universities of the country.

RSUH Buildings and museums

RSUH is located in the ancient buildings of the former Moscow City People’s University named after A.L. Shanyavsky and the Moscow Historical-Archival Institute. The largest scientific and educational museum center in Russia operates on the territory of the university.

Located in the Southern Administrative District of Moscow at 25 Kirovogradskaya St., Bldg. 1 (600 meters from the Ulitsa Akademika Yangelya metro station).

— A document on previous education with legalization/apostille (if necessary), notarized translation;
— Documents confirming individual achievements (diplomas, awards, etc.);
medical certificate in the form 086/u / on the state of health (with fluorography);
— Medical certificate of HIV absence/AIDS, hepatitis B and C (validity period – 3 months);
— Medical insurance policy valid in Russia.

To enter RSUH you can use USE exams results or you can take entrance exams at RSUH instead.
