Admission to ASU

To join Adyghe State University a prospective student should:

1. Fill in the online application form
2. Submit the scans of the travelling passport and a copy of the educational documents of the appropriate level in English or in Russian to an admission officer by e-mail.
3. Receive the official answer about your admission to the University within 2 weeks.
4. Send your contact information (postal address and phone number) to the admission officer and receive the Visa Support Letter and Official Letter of Admission within 2 months after approval.
5. Apply for a student visa and legalize your educational documents.
6. Purchase a ticket and send your arrival information to the admission officer not later than a week before your arrival.
7. Upon arrival to the University campus submit all the necessary educational documents legalized in a proper way, travelling passport, 12 recent color photos (3 x 4), an original medical certificate that proves HIV-negative result taken within the last 30 days, certificate of health, Vaccination certificate (for diphtheria, tetanus, measles, hepatitis virus, rubella)..
8. Sign the Student Agreement and pay the tuition fee for the first academic year (refundable) to the university bank account.

An application will not be considered by the Admission Office until it is deemed complete (i.e. receipt of all the necessary transcripts and supporting documents)

ASU pre-University course has spacious study rooms, an extensive library (more than 3000 items), computerized classrooms and its own student dormitory. The training complex and dormitory have round-the-clock security. Asiyat M. Bedanokova, Deputy Dean for Education is a permanent resident as well.

Cost of living in the student dormitory per month: 600 RUR

Cost of living in the married quarter’s dormitory per month:

State-funded and commercial education – 740 RUR per month.

Extramural education – 250 RUR per day.

Besides ASU staff provides assistance in handling foreign applicants’ passport and visa requirements and medical insurance papers.

• Applicants High School Diploma or GED Certificate, (copy) translated and notarized;
• Passport or ID, (copy), translated and notarized;
• 6 photos, size 3*4;
